What is the MLS?...

The MLS, the Multiple Listing Service, is an organization that provides Real Estate agents with a central registry of all properties available for sale by participating Realtors. 

Buyers benefit by being able to work with ONE agent to see ANY property, while sellers benefit by having ALL agents working to get their property sold.

If you see a property listed with another agency, you can let us be your Buyer's Agent.
